Thomas is an accomplished player coach, board member, and soccer executive who has spent his life in the sport of soccer.  From his early days playing in MA and NH, to coaching in NH and MA before becoming President of the NH Soccer Association, Board Representative from the West to US Youth Soccer, Secretary of US Youth Soccer, elected to the US Soccer Federation Youth Council and selected for the US Soccer Federation Disability Soccer Committee, Thomas has demonstrated a passion for growing the sport of soccer in the US.  Today, his focus is on the development of youth athletes, preparing them to be the future players, coaches, referees, administrators and leaders in soccer.  Thomas and his wife Elizabeth have two sons, Tommy playing for Salem University in WV and a USSF Referee and Alex playing with Seacoast United’s MLS Next Academy and attending the Center of Excellence through The Pro Project.
