Per Team Commitment: 2–3 hours (practice) midweek evening + ~2 hours Sundays (games).
Desired Skills:
- Played soccer at a high level
- Coaching licenses preferred
- Good verbal and written communication

Can coach multiple teams (3 max).
Director – Private Lessons & Small Groups
Experience creating and running private lessons and small-group programs.
Soccer Business Operations Manager
Responsible for day-to-day management of BES Soccer Club — operations, staff, strategic growth, and resource deployment.
Areas of responsibility include:
- Camps
- Programs
- Tournaments
- Leagues
- Recreation and competitive club teams
Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
Sponsorship Coordinator
Part-time, flexible hours
Responsible for gaining sponsorships and grants.
Pay based on an agreed percentage of sponsorship revenue secured.
