Higher Level Skills Program

This 2-hour program is aimed towards higher level players as the coaches will be creating sessions that will push and challenge the kids. Players will need to prove themselves at a certain standard to be able to attend this class and if on the fence. Strong players will be asked/recommended to join the higher-level program.

Higher Level Training

This 2-hour program is aimed towards higher level players as the coaches will be creating sessions that will push and challenge the kids. Players will need to prove themselves at a certain standard to be able to attend this class and if on the fence we suggest signing up for skills and scrimmage and strong players will be asked/recommended to join the higher-level program.

7v7 means U9 (2017 birth year) and U10 (2016 birth year) players
9v9 means U11 (2015 birth year) and (2014 birth year) players
11v11 means 2013– 2007 Birth Years

If there is enough players, the groups will be split into ability groups for the best developmental environment for the players.

The program will be split into two weeks dribbling/moves, two weeks passing, two weeks defending, two weeks aerial techniques and two weeks finishing. Each session will start with a 10 minute juggling warm up, 80 minute main body on specific topic and a 30 minute scrimmage to end.

B.E.S.C (Become Elite Sports Conditioning)

7v7 + 9v9 (turf Only) (Strict 2018 – 2014 Birth Years): 

This program is good for all athletes, not just soccer players as it targets dynamic footwork, speed mechanics, and agility to boost on-field responsiveness and quickness. Each session will balance dynamic agility drills with training to build endurance, quickness, and resilience. Perfect for young athletes who want to enhance their performance and improve their movement efficiency. At this age, they will not use the gym or weights, it will mostly be body weight or resistance bands if any equipment is used.

11v11 (Turf and Gym) (2013-2007 Birth Years):

Designed for athletes to build strength and improve footwork, speed, and agility, it will help boost your on-field quickness and responsiveness. Each session combines dynamic agility drills with strength training tailored for soccer, building the endurance, power, and resilience you need to perform at your best. They will spend 45 minutes on the turf focused more on the speed specific portion and then 45 minutes in the gym focused on the strength portion.

The sessions will be lead by our very own Coach George who is a fulltime personal trainer and BES Head Coach, so obviously knows both sides. George is a former college athlete with an impressive athletic background, having played soccer (High school and D3 College) and competed in track and field.

As an exceptional 800-meter runner, George earned four All-American awards, highlighting his commitment to peak performance and discipline. After completing a graduate degree in Management Information Systems from UMass Dartmouth, he redirected his drive toward fitness, becoming a certified personal trainer and nutritionist through ISSA.

Over the past 4 years, George has channeled his dedication and expertise into helping a diverse range of clients, from high-performing athletes to older adults seeking vitality and strength. His tailored approach and genuine passion for fitness have consistently led to transformative results, empowering clients and athletes to reach new levels of health and performance.
