Becca Raymond

Director of Administration

Becca brings over 8 years of experience in the high-tech and corporate world. She is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Agile Product Owner with a strong background in Customer Success, onboarding, and client-facing roles across SaaS and enterprise environments. She has a proven track record of managing complex customer and product lifecycles, driving product adoption, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver business outcomes. Now, Becca is excited to channel her leadership, mentorship, and team-building skills into the coaching world of soccer, where she is passionate about guiding players both on and off the field.

Playing Experience

• Becca has been playing soccer since she was 7 years old. She played for club teams the Aztecs and the Stars of Mass up until U18 as well as the Olympic Development Team and Regional Pool.
• Becca was recruited to play at Wheaton College where she was awarded “Freshman Player of the year” in the NEWMAC conference.
• She was then recruited her Sophomore year to transfer and play at Connecticut College
• At Conn Coll she would be a two-year captain and NESCAC player of the week several times.
  
  Quote from my college coach: “Anytime we got a free kick, Becca was on it or near it.  We scored 48 goals during Becca’s senior year on our way to Connecticut College’s first ever NESCAC Championship.  24 of those goals were from set pieces which she was on the ball or near it, to help orchestrate the play. The team had a saying,  ‘Bend it like Becs!’
