Connor Glynn
High School Girls Head Coach
Connor Glynn has coached at some of the top clubs in the region, including Seacoast United, FC Stars, and Become Elite. He also served as the varsity girls’ head coach at Epping High School for four years, leading the program and developing players for the next level. With a focus on technical development, tactical awareness, and competitive growth, Connor is committed to helping athletes maximize their potential on the field.
Connor walked on and played four years of varsity Division III soccer at Westfield State University, where he gained firsthand experience in the demands of collegiate athletics. His journey from walk-on to key contributor gives him a unique perspective on what it takes to compete at the next level.
In addition to coaching, Connor helps players interested in playing in college navigate the recruiting process. Through his company, Kickstart College Consulting, he provides guidance on reaching out to coaches, creating highlight videos, understanding scholarship opportunities, and finding the right college fit.
Education:Connor earned his master’s degree in Sports Management and Athletic Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. He holds a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Westfield State.

Connor is currently a professional and ACE certified personal trainer and full time employee at Orange Theory. Connor is dedicated and committed to improving peoples health and fitness by pushing them to be better and he loves to be able to do that through soccer which has been his pass.
