Accomplishments

Doug is an accomplished architect spanning over a 20+ year career in the profession. He is a registered architect in several New England states and runs an architectural practice based in North Andover, Finlo Architects. Doug brings his expertise in complex problem solving, leadership, and project teamwork to his coaching on the soccer field. Doug began his coaching at the younger levels.  His passion for both soccer and player achievement fuel his excitement for coaching and continuous learning.
